Animals of Egypt

On the 14th of January 2007, as part of the Egyptian Summer events, staff from Wellington Zoo came to Te Papa with some extra special guests - 3 four-month old serval cubs.

The zoo staff spoke to a large audience about the servals, egyptian animals and the sacred role cats played in Ancient Egypt.
